The best part of what we do!

Sure, we deal in office equipment but that doesn't mean that we can't have a positive impact on our customers' lives. By offering quality products and first class customer service, we can help businesses and the people who power them. And that's our favourite part of the job.

The printers work great and everything is taken care of. We rely on organizations like innov8 to support our small IT team and we are very happy with their products and services."

Joey Alain

We are very grateful for your recent gift of $10,000 to the KGH Foundation.

"Your support brings us closer to our goal of establishing a world-class integrated centre for youth age 12-24, and their families, right here in Kelowna.

The centre will provide children and youth immediate access to help from a wide variety of mental health support providers, advancing the standard of care in our region, to rival the best in the country."

Doug Rankmore
CEO, KGH Foundation

When Westbank United Church was ready to lease a new printer innov8 was the winning bid for so many reasons...

"...not the least being their sincere, understanding approach to the church's needs but when the church suffered a second flood in 12 months Andre de Jongh was completely understanding of the church's financial situation and was the one who suggested we refrain from entering into a new lease at that time.

In the future, when the church is able to negotiate a new lease, Andre and innov8 will receive the church's blessing for a new printer/copier.”

Kathryn Post
Westbank United Church

Larry at innov8 Digital Solutions was excellent to work with.

"...He put the needs of our organization first, and was diligent in ensuring we chose the most logical solution for our office.

Joe & Brandi handled delivery, set-up, and training for our device and had us up and running efficiently. Thank you!"

Spencer Brown
Brown Benefits

Met with Andre and he listened to my needs, then made some suggestions!

“Once the machine was ready for delivery Brandi got it up and running connected to the computers we use and all I had to do was learn how to use it...literally press the button, if that is what I wanted to do! Or scan and print amazing documents and booklets for our students!

So glad I made that choice to move from a personal printer to a professional one for my in-house printing needs! Thanks innov8!”

Chris Rowe
Quest Martial Arts Academy

innov8 has been absolutely fantastic to work with!

“They helped us choose a printer/scanner/copier for our office needs that was economical and yet prints beautiful material for us.

They taught us how to work the machine and the service has been very good. Highly recommend this company!”

Ladysmith Reception

These guys are true professionals.

“Last week Dana McKillop and Dave Laramee from innov8 Nelson BC replaced our old ailing Sharp MFP. They brought in a new Sharp MX-3071N MFP. I would like to mention how smooth this transition was. From the sale of the machine to the installation and take away of the old machine. These guys are true professionals. They were in and out within minutes and caused us no disturbance. Kudos, will be using innov8 for years to come.”

Redwood Engineering Ltd. Nelson

I want to share with you the great service we experienced from innov8 and specifically your employee, Brandi Belshaw.

“Brandi provided 6 of us with training on our new Canon copiers the last week of August. She was very professional, yet easy going and clearly explained all of the copier’s features very well. As there were 6 of us she was very patient in answering the many questions thrown at her. When we asked her of a special function that need, she didn’t say no, she said that she would look into it and get back to us. She did get back to us right away and even sent someone to show us how to do it! ”

On another note, without a call from us, Joe dropped off a new toner before the one that came with the new copier ran out.
