For quicker, more efficient service, please reference your client ID number (located on the front of your machine). One of our friendly staff will contact you to schedule a call with a service technician. Please note that our dispatch hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday.

Printer meter readings allow for accurate billing and servicing

 

To retrieve a meter reading, use the operation panel on your copier and proceed using the instructions provided below for your corresponding manufacturer and model number. Then use the form below to submit your meter read or call it in between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.
