Ordering Toner & Supplies
- Will shaking my toner cartridge extend its life?
No. Toner cartridges are chipped and shaking will not extend it’s life.
- How do I know whether my toner needs replacement?
Your copier or printer will display a message or notify you when it runs low.
- I’m unsure which toner I need—can you help?
Yes. You can either use the Customer Portal to locate the device and identify the toner or email us your equipment details to service@innov8.ca
- How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the same day and you should receive your order either on the same day or the next business day. Delivery times may vary for remote and out of town locations
- What do I do with empty cartridges?
