Supporting Local Across Western Canada
Outreach and Support
Community involvement is a crucial part of our philosophy, we give back 10% of all pre-tax profits to the communities we live and work in. It’s important for us to give back in the communities that support us.
Central Okanagan Hospice Association
The Central Okanagan Hospice Association offers end-of-life support and bereavement services at one of life’s most difficult moments. innov8 has been a proud supporter of COHA’s fundraising initiatives, including Swinging with the Stars and Homes for the Holidays.
BC Children’s Hospital
As the province’s only full-service paediatric acute-care hospital, the BC Children’s Hospital serves kids across BC and the Yukon. innov8 provides support to children and their families through the Victoria Festival of Trees, a focal point for the community during the Christmas season and a major fundraiser for the BCCHF.
Foundry
Foundry is building a provincial network of integrated health and social service centres for young people ages 12-24. innov8 is working with the Foundry across B.C. and donated over $20,000 in cash and equipment towards the $2,000,000 required to open the first facility.
Canadian Mental Health Association
So many suffer in silence, but the times are changing and we are thrilled to see more awareness for mental health issues that affect so many. innov8 is proud to work with CMHA, in conjunction with the Foundry, to help support those in need.
KGH Foundation
The KGH Foundation is critical to the support of healthcare in the Okanagan Valley and BC Interior. innov8 has been an enthusiastic supporter of this worthy organization, including as a sponsor for various initiatives, such as the Heart of Gold gala and Not Alone campaign.
Jeneece Place
Jeneece Place opened in Victoria in 2012 and provides a much-needed home-away-from-home for families who have children in care at Victoria General Hospital. innov8 is happy to play our part as a Gold Sponsor of their major fundraiser, Golf for the Cure.
John Howard Society
The John Howard Society fill an important role in the community and in pressing for reform in the criminal justice system. innov8 worked to set in place a long term plan for their office needs while freeing up costs that could be put towards the needs of the Society.
Central Okanagan Community Food Bank
The Central Okanagan Community Food Bank strives to create a healthy, hunger-free community. Their goal is to create a healthy, hunger free community through direct food assistance and collaboration with other local non-profit and community partners.
Karis Support Society
Karis Support Society provides safe housing, support, life skills, and training for women caught in life-altering addiction and mental health challenges. Through meaningful communication and analysis, innov8 was able to work with management and set up a plan that puts the resources where they belong.
